7 Affirmations to get HEALTHY
Mindfulness is healthiness. Becoming aware of ourselves and acknowledging the changes we want to make in our lives is the start of becoming truly HEALTHY.
The 7 affirmations are based on an acronym for the word HEALTHY. Being healthy is way more than just looking thin or fit. It’s starts with what is happening internally. It is all about living with mindfulness and healthiness. As a life coach I encourage daily affirmations.
These are quick little reminders of a goal that you have set, they should be visible to you, easily accessed and definitely reviewed daily.
